THE ALLEGED “DEAL” coming out of Washington D.C. is a proposal – not a law – but Teabagger acceptance of its contents will prove the measure's lethal malice toward lower-income peoples, especially those of us dependent on Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid.
While the specifics of the so-called “deal” will be withheld from us until congressional debate begins tomorrow, it is already obvious the proposal's central feature is successful collaboration amongst Barack the Betrayer, the GOPorkers and the DemocRats to forever protect the Ruling Class from tax increases.
The consequences – which will include perpetually high unemployment and the permanent end of any meaningful socioeconomic safety net – will be the most devastating blow ever struck the U.S. Working Class.
I wrote a more detailed analysis of these results for the breaking-news thread of The News Tribune of Tacoma, the Ruling Class daily published near where I live. TNT limits comments to 400 words, and I carefully limited my text to very slightly more than half that, 225 words to be precise. But when I tried to post my remarks, they were instantly deleted...
Here, with an uplifted finger of defiance to TNT's censors, is what I wrote:
Five points:
(1)-There is no deal until the Teabag cult – the neo-Confederates who have perfected the art of holding the nation hostage in their campaign to effectively destroy the federal government as we've known it since 1865 – stop their maliciously purposeful obstructionism in the House;
(2)- What most of us fail to understand is the extent to which the Teabag cultists blame the federal government for everything they despise about the modern age: integration, allegedly "godless" schools, the rights of labor, minorities and women;
(3)-If the proposal is enacted, it will destroy Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, inflicting intentionally murderous poverty on all lower-income people – an unprecedentedly merciless blow to those of us who are seniors, disabled, chronically unemployed;
(4)-If the proposal is enacted, its absolute bans on tax increases and additional federal spending mean there will never be a federal jobs programs, without which unemployment will remain at present levels, with all the associated burdens on the Working Class including the continued destruction of unions;
(5)-The bottom line on this proposal is that it provides ultimate proof there is no effective difference between Republicans and Democrats, with both parties collaborating to guarantee the wealthy they will never again have to pay their fair share of the costs of governance.
In short, we the people have been thrown under the socioeconomic bus.
